We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our high-performing team. This person will be looking to build their career in Marketing and in turn we will invest in you and provide the opportunity to work in a well-structured, supportive team which you will be integral to. This role will play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of our marketing strategy in a mission driven business with a clear strategy. The Role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you will support the marketing function as follows:

  • Support the marketing campaigns we are running in alignment with the strategy.
  • Create graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Put together email campaigns and report on results.
  • Implement social media plans in-line with marketing strategies.
  • Analytics across the function - devise and prepare insight reports for the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager.
  • By researching and using metrics, uncover insights to help improve communication to our target audiences.
  • Write copy for marketing content such as the blog, reports, email and social media.
  • Develop landing pages.
  • Edit videos.
  • Monitor and make changes to our website.
  • Support our Internal Communications Executive on projects.
  • Build internal relationships with our recruitment teams and conduct lead follow ups.
  • Work with third party agencies to support ongoing projects.
  • Be a brand ambassador to encourage utilisation of our social media platforms driving engagement from targeted audiences.
  • Keep abreast of industry news and insights to ensure we are at the forefront.

About you

  • Some previous marketing experience either as an intern or in an existing Assistant role.
  • Social Media awareness or experience.
  • Creative with evidence of graphic design skills.
  • Enjoy writing copy.
  • Ability to produce reports using provided data.
  • Appetite for measuring results, tracking impact, proving effectiveness, and working with data.
  • Good time management, organisation, and planning skills.
  • Strong English language skills with the ability to write and proofread copy for news, web content, and creative projects.
  • Being reliable and adaptable to a broad range of marketing responsibilities.
  • Being approachable and comfortable communicating with people across the business and in different teams and locations.
  • To show commitment to company values in all aspects of your role.
  • A positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to show initiative.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in the B2B sector.
  • Experience with the full Adobe Suite and Canva.
