The Renewables Industry is currently experiencing a high demand for skilled professionals to help the sector continue to grow and develop. However, a common theme within the industry is the significantly low talent pool available to support this - and most notably, the lack of diverse talent.
Earlier this year, Spencer Ogden release a survey to assess how important employers view ED&I as part of their business strategy when it comes to staff retention. This was an anonymous survey that was circualted to Spencer Ogden clients and completed by C-Suite and Hiring Managers within the Renewable sector.
This report analyses the conclusions from this survey as well as interviews with industry thought leaders.
