Tullow Oil Awards Wood Group Kenny with Contract in Ghana

Tullow Oil has awarded Wood Group Kenny with an engineering contract for the execution phase of several of its projects off the coast of Ghana.

The SURF engineering services contract covers the Tweneboa, Enyenra and Ntomme (TEN) Cluster project located in the Deepwater Tano block.

Wood Group Kenny will provide project engineering resources, specialist technical support and technical assurance services across the SURF implementation work scope through to first oil in 2016.

Operator Tullow Oil and its partners plan to drill up to 24 development wells which will be connected through subsea infrastructure to a 80,000 bbl/d FPSO facility, moored in water depths of 1,500 metres.
