Since its inaugural ceremony in 2009, the Customer Experience Awards has become a major UK business honour – one attended by representatives from over 150 companies across all customer-facing sectors. Its fiercely competitive format has nominees making presentations to a panel of esteemed judges from a number of different fields and disciplines – ensuring that every victory is deserved and hard-won.
