BAM Ireland was won the bid for the construction of the Boland Quay Development in Dublin’s south docklands.

The project will be delivered by the end of 2018 and is expected to create 500 construction jobs during the entire process.

Planning permission for the new development was submitted through Dublin City Council’s fast track SDZ planning scheme in December 2014 and permission was granted in July 2015.
