Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority has launched a new taskforce and network that aims to benefit present and future employees working in the Built Environment sector.

The Taskforce will develop a "comprehensive training pathway" to help students in institutes of higher learning level up in areas such as Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA), Integrated digital delivery (IDD) and green building.

BCA's chief executive Hugh Lim said: "The stronger take-up this year, compared to about 370 awards in 2016, is a positive response to efforts to transform the built environment sector.
"Students joining the sector today can look forward to exciting and fulfilling careers as we work together to build a high quality, productive and environmentally sustainable sector."
