Google has revealed its plans to invest €150 million into its Dublin based data centre.

According to the technology giant, the investment will create close to 400 jobs across the 16-month period while construction work takes place to complete work on the data centre.

"This €150m data centre expansion brings the company’s total investment in its Irish data centres alone to €500m and its capital expenditure to almost €1bn,” said Heather Humphreys TD, Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation.
