Estimator – High end residentialAbout the companyThe client is an innovation-driven company based in Melbourne specialising in high quality residential projects. They deliver high-end projects valuing between $1-10M in value and are award winning residential builders. The roleYou will be reporting directly to the Estimating Manager you will have the following responsibilities:-          Adhering to a strict schedule to produce required documentation-          Residential building estimating and assessing building materials-          Producing variations as per customer requests-          Prepare BOQ and take offs-          Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining existing and building new relationshipsAbout You-          5+ years’ experience within an estimating residential role-          Diploma or degree qualified-          Proficient in estimating software such as databuild-          Excellent attention to detail-          Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills-          Proven track record of working with residential projects estimating between $500k-$3m in value-          Strong computer literacy – Microsoft systems-          Time management skills and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and priorities How to Apply-          If this sounds like a role you’re interested in, please apply by clicking ‘’apply’’
