This role requires conventional aspects of civil engineering and roadway design and will work under the supervision of a senior civil engineer. Design tasks will include a variety of topics: roadway geometrics and pavements, cross sections, MOT, grading, storm sewer, ADA ramps, and traffic signals. A qualified candidate will demonstrate responsible care and judgement while performing most tasks, assignments and designs independently. Seeking a Senior Civil Engineer / Transportation Manager to lead our Phase I and II transportation engineering design projects. The Transportation Manager will oversee a group of senior civil engineers, mid-level designers, and drafters to accomplish a wide range of projects including roadways, traffic engineering, sewer, utilities, and site work.The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and self-directed with a background in roadway design and project management.
