As a Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for researching industry compliance regulations, evaluating internal compliance procedures, and updating policies and documentation.Responsibilities: Research industry compliance regulations and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Evaluate internal operational and procedural compliance to identify potential risks and suggest areas for improvement. Analyze and update existing compliance policies and related documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance. Requirements: Previous experience as a Compliance Analyst in a related field is preferred. In-depth knowledge of industry compliance requirements and standards is required. Proficiency in compliance management software is necessary. Exceptional ability to formulate compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation is essential. Advanced analytical abilities are needed. Effective research and professional networking skills are a must. Good communication and interpersonal skills are required. Working knowledge of compliance issues is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Strong research and reporting abilities are necessary. Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation is essential. Ability to implement comparative analysis and deliver logical recommendations or conclusions is essential. Prior experience in audit or paralegal background is preferred. Experience in implementing a new compliance system is desired. Accreditation in risk management, such as LECP (License of Ethics and Compliance), is a plus. Experience in counterparty screening or procurement is preferred. Job Title: Procurement Support Specialist- LogisticsLocation: Remote in the United States (Open to all time zones)Contract Duration:12 months with the possibility of extensionIdeal Start Date: April 3rd Working Hours: 7am PST to 3:30pm PSTPay Rate: 30-40/hour, depending on experienceJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Procurement Support Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in materials purchasing and logistics, preferably in the solar or electrical industry. The candidate should have a strong background in communicating delivery dates with vendors, project managers, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have experience in both procurement and scheduling, with a 50/50 split between the two.Responsibilities: Manage the procurement process, including RFQs, RFPs, POs, and contractsCommunicate delivery dates with vendors, project managers, and subcontractorsEnsure timely and accurate delivery of materials and servicesProvide logistical support for scheduling and deliveryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategiesAnalyze data and provide reports on procurement activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies and regulations Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in materials purchasing and logistics, preferably in the solar or electrical industryStrong communication and negotiation skillsExperience with JDE, SolarCore, Excel, Procore, Power BI, or similar software/systemsKnowledge of procurement regulations and best practicesExperience in managing procurement contracts/subcontractsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) Travel: Occasional team gatherings once a quarter (if required)This is a remote position, and we are open to candidates from all time zones.
