1. Develop, maintain and optimize business cases and financial models for offshore wind projects2. Work closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants and partners to ensure relevant assumptions are accurate in financial models3. Take the lead in offshore preparation doc wind auction and ensuring the compliance with the bid regulations4. Liaison with financial advisor, insurance broker etc., to discuss and provide bankability and financial opinions on relevant subjects5. Work with Business Development team to evaluate and analyze new opportunities
1. In the initial stage of development, identify potential international companies for cooperation, maintain investor relations and track the progress of project implementation.2. Prepare project briefing materials at the initial stage, including but not limited to cooperating with legal, financial and technical due diligence, drafting term sheets, and confirming the correctness of financial model parameters.3. Participate in M&A meetings, including but not limited to answering initial questions from investors, contacting and coordinating third-party consultants (legal, financial, etc.) to follow up the progress of the project, promoting the conclusions of the meeting, and completing the negotiation and signing of the transaction contract.4. Post-transaction management (application for investment review meeting, arrangement of working meetings between both parties, ensuring that project execution complies with SHA specifications), project progress management of development cases, and communication and coordination among various teams.5. Other matters assigned by the supervisor
Ensures the compliance with all applicable guidelines for commercial aspects.Ensures the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP - ensures compliance plus the local Gaap requirements. Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities.Supports the Project Manager that the financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments.Actively communicates with customer's commercial representatives and manages solving of commercial issues.Together with the PM proactively setting up a contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager.Supports the PM in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities.Supports Project Manager to select and involve partners / subcontractors.Represents the project in the relevant decision boards internally and externally.Agrees targets with commercial project staff and delegates defined responsibilities and authority.Leads commercial project team members to act according to the Business Conduct Guidelines and establishes a culture of trust and integrity
