What you'll need to succeed You will need to have 5+ years’ experience in the civil engineering sector with a focus on mining, as well as experience in a senior civil engineer position.An ability to provide great leadership skills, guidance and manage a team is essential.An ability to mentor professional engineering specialists is looked at highly.
