Job Title: Assistant Project Manager - Transmission and Distribution Projects

Job Summary: The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of transmission and distribution projects. The position will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans and schedules
  • Coordinate project activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and report on project status to the Project Manager
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Support the Project Manager in preparing project budgets and forecasts
  • Assist in the management of project resources, including personnel and equipment
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project processes and procedures
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or a related field
    • EPC experience
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Proficient in project management software and tools
    • Knowledge of transmission and distribution systems and equipment
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Experience in managing project budgets and resources
    • Ability to travel to project sites as required.
