Initiates contact, develops relationship and generates demand for customers not limited only in hunting zone, assigned to them by Services Marketing; but also by self-initiatives.Educates customers on all products and services with special attention on customer pain points.Cross selling of Field Service portfolio - Power, Digital Energy, IndustrySecures customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer (orders, delivery etcUtilizes BFO (Salesforce.com) for sales funnel management, account planning, performance and opportunity detection via Sales Cockpit.Provides biweekly forecasts, using BFO, and summaries in a timely manner.Provides precise and timely information to Tender team to prepare sales quotations and proposalsMonitors margin to be at or above country thresholds. Uses DOA process to escalate opportunities below thresholds.Is "feeding" the Field Services Marketing leaders with Offers feedback and needs + Install base dataKnows where to be to create business opportunities, understand the importance of attending industry events and networking functions to follow assigned accounts needs.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters with strong, long-lasting client relationships.Develop trusted advisory relationships with clients.Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Develop potential and new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.Collaborate with technical team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.Inteíact with clients to meet theií íequests and íesolve complaints.Prepare reports on account status with sales and clients reports and make recommendations for improvements.Source new prospects and negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Organize sales and product demonstrations events; product introduction, services provided or other proposed events.Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Any other task(s) as assigned by the Management.
Responsible for managing and supporting all procurement aspects. Including preparation, tendering, assessment, and execution of; Consultancy Agreements, EPC Contracts, Split Contracts etc. for renewable projects at all stages through their life cycle.Purchases goods or services and ensures quality products for competitive prices in a timely fashion.Plays an integral role in ensuring a company meets budgets and operates profitably.Liaises with key departments to determine their product and service needsTracks business trends and product availability to guarantee the best price for goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery timesDrive to reduce construction costs and add value with respect to DEVEX, CAPEX and OPEX for projectsProvide support and oversight of commercial and contractual administration of the construction contracts and subcontractsDevelops and maintains relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for companyIdentify potential new suppliers, products and services to meet project goalsStrive to adopt and develop processes that deliver project goals and reduce waste
Role Summary / Purpose The client installed 300MW power plant in Biblis with 11 x LM2500Xpress Aero gas turbine.The plant will be operated by the customer from a remote location.The plant is a peaking plant and should have very high level of Availability, Reliability, and dependability.The Operations Manager will implement the operations and maintenance strategy of the plant. Ensure that the O&M operators are performing all their tasks as per GE recommendations. Operations Manager is the primary point of contact for all technical interface with the customer.He will work normal daytime working hours but will be on call if needed to support emergency situations in the plant as per the on-call procedure that would be developed on site Operations Manager will be responsible to: Manage the Operation and Maintenance team in Biblis site.Ensure that the team gets the required training to perform their duties properly.Setup the operation and maintenance plan for the plant.Manage the periodic start and shutdown of the plant to ensure 100% Reliability Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering from an accredited university or college and/or equivalent knowledge / experience.5+ years’ experience in complex project management and / or operations and maintenance experience in the power generation industry and people leadership and influencing experience.5+ years’ experience in commissioning of Aero Gas turbines with M Vie control system.Must be fluent in German
