Spencer Ogden is seeking motivated and highly competitive individuals to join our London team as Recruitment Delivery Consultants (180). Due to our continued success and growth within our existing client base, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to focus on 100% candidate delivery, and build a career within Spencer Ogden's key account management stream.

Role Responsibilities

  • Phone screening and interviewing
  • Developing active candidate pools within our renewables market
  • Working closely with the Account Manager, candidate market mapping, generating new leads, and presenting candidate shortlists
  • Continuously contacting suitable candidates and qualifying their suitability, availability, and commitment for the roles
  • Ensuring high quality and speedy delivery on all key accounts

Our Requirements

  • Recent school/college leavers, and/or degree qualified
  • Strong verbal, written and listening skills
  • Motivated with a go-getter mentality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, can think outside the box and solve problems
  • Natural ability to show initiative
  • Experience in sales, cold calling, customer service; desirable not essential
  • Resiliency
  • Must hold permanent working rights in the UK upon application
