The role as Senior Delivery Consultant (Account Manager) is to work collaboratively with our existing MSP client base, develop, and expand it.

The Role

  • You will be our 'champion' and go to leader for key accounts
  • Receive and review applications, manage interviews and create a shortlist of candidates for the client
  • Exceed client hiring objectives and deliver to set deadlines
  • Keep up to date with industry developments and attend networking opportunities 
  • Mentor and/or manage a small team of Delivery Consultants
  • Administration, organisation, and any ad hoc tasks


  • Ideally, experience in a similar delivery/account management role within recruitment
  • Ideally, coming from a renewables recruitment background, however, not essential
  • Motivated and driven to prove yourself as a key player in recruitment and renewables contract
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Tenacious and resilient, not easily phased by setbacks and comfortable in high pressure situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Outgoing, a team player, and quality driven
