Please note, that this list represents the more important aspects of a successful TFA:The TFA should be present to verify and advise that activities are correctly performed by the contractor.  Commissioning TFA Manage the commissioning teams on-site and provide technical support.Coordinate with the ON team on site according to SLA, daily plan, works, and progress of the WTG, ensuring the achievement of the objectives.Report to / and collaborate with the SE department on site.Stock control. Warehouse consumptions and orders managementWTGs availability data management.Time control. Monitor the time to carry out each task and procedure. Control of the whole commissioning staff hours.Manage the commissioning weekly report.Management of the Work Orders.Collaborate in compliance with quality, environment, and occupational risk prevention standards, according to the site safety plan. Special assistant to the technicians for achievement.Consult and follow/perform and share, Technical lessons learned periodically.Transfer turbines to SE according to the SLA process.Perform, request, and follow the Cost Orders and report any other quality deviation.Commissioning Check List management.
