      Assess and identify internal and external stakeholders' challenges and expectations

Define a change management strategy to drive leadership and employees' acceptance towards change

Drive analysis of change impacts and develop intervention plans (e.g. communications, stakeholder engagement, training, embedment)

Plan and implement communication and culture building initiatives that support company's Finance organisation to transition and adopt new business processes and technology platforms

Collaborate with process owners to drive digital transformation including initiatives towards culture change, behaviour change, and change adoption

Collaborate with  stakeholders (e.g. corporate communications, human resources, etc.) to plan and implement communications and engagement initiatives

Coach and mentor key business users in enhancing skills as change agent

Drive capability building efforts such as coordinating training programs, coaching sessions and engagement events

Lead Change Measurement activities including assessing and reporting change effectiveness, and developing recommendations

Leverage social and digital technologies in executing change management and communications
