Project Controls Manager

On behalf of my client, an leading producer of rare Earth materials,  I am seeking a highly experienced Project Controls Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 10 highly skilled and competent employees, providing guidance, reporting and ensuring that their projects are running smoothly and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of cost and scheduling professionals
  • Ensure projects are on track, within budget and schedule
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders
  • Manage risk and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • A strong background in project controls, cost and scheduling
  • Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

 

Location: Perth, Western Australia

Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week, standard Monday to Friday with the option of WFH 1-2 days per week.

Offering ompetitive hourly rate and a long term 12-18 month contract role, with the possibility of extension or a permanent position end of term.
