We're looking for motivated entry-level Junior Sales Consultants to join our Houston team to grow our sales footprint within the Oil & Gas, Renewables, Infrastructure, and Environmental sectors across America.

The Ideal candidates will use their passion for sales, recruitment and set the PACE in all aspects of their role. Specializing in sales within our core sectors, they will be responsible for identifying, attracting, securing new business, and placing candidates within our clients.
The role of the Junior Sales Consultant is to identify, pitch, and develop exceptional client (business), and candidate relationships within a competitive industry, providing solutions, delivering results for our clients, and enhancing candidates' careers. Sourcing highly skilled candidates is in our DNA, and providing a quality service by headhunting, interviewing, and being the go-to-Consultant is our mission. The role is fast-paced, providing a variety of work and challenges daily. Other responsibilities include:
- Networking, and developing new business relationships
- Business development, cold calling, and pitching Spencer Ogden's services to potential clients
- Achieving set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Bachelor's degree preferable; we are open to degree type
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Motivated individuals with a go-getter mentality
- Entrepreneurial mindset, can think outside the box and solve problems
- Able to show initiative

Spencer Ogden are partnered with a key client expanding rapidly with a range of projects and opportunities, and seeking to recruit at least one Senior EIA Project Manager within their Consultancy Team. There is a cooperative working practice on offer with a competitive package and plethora of opportunity to develop personal and professional attributes. This position is based in the central-belt of Scotland, and offers a hybrid working model with scope to expand your project portfolio within the renewables sphere. Key responsibilities would include: Design, Planning and EIA: Appraising planning policy guidance and development control issues relevant to projects.Undertaking all aspects of EIA projects, including screening; scoping; contracting specialist services and managing such; writing EIA sections; formulation and production of Environmental Statements; review of external assessments to ensure they conform to EIA regulatory guidance and appropriate survey and assessment methodologies. All of this to a high standard of written English.Preparing and submitting planning applications on behalf of clients potentially across different devolved regulatory systems; also undertaking post submission management of applications, submitting supplementary information and processing applications through a decision. If necessary, undertaking discharge of conditions and/or variations. Business and Financial Management: Responsibility for managing all financial aspects of projects from tracking budgets to dealing with issues as they arise.Acting at all times in a commercial capacity as a representative through business development initiatives.
