Looking for a utilities design engineer to work on a project they have won in the middle east

This candidate can go into anyone of their 3 offices, Dublin, London or Birmingham. 

Would be a minimum 12 month contract project is running until 2025

5-7 years experience 

DISTRICT COOLING SYSTEM experience is essential and the area where they are really lacking skills

Has to have experience with outside Infrastructure and not just internal building MEP experience 

District cooling experience connecting up with the utilities hub. 

Some experience in the middle east would be preferable 

Start date within a month if possible but can wait a maximum of 2 if someone has a notice to serve

2/3  days a week in office
