Recruitment Consultant

To join Spencer Ogden as a Recruitment Consultant you will typically have 6 to 18 months experiences in a full 360 recruitment role, you should comfortably be billing at least circa £10k per month, be leading on clients meetings and developing new business, alongside building an effective high calibre network of candidates. Appointment at this level is dependent on depth of experience and level of training required.

Senior Recruitment Consultant

As a Senior Consultant within Spencer Ogden you’ll have upwards of 12 months recruitment experience and will be ready to take the next step in your recruitment career including mentoring and development of new and less experienced individuals. In addition you will be leading business development and winning new business at a more senior level including PSL, multi-vacancy and wider business pitches. You’ll be able to demonstrate successes in winning new business, contract negotiation, consistent billings and mentoring new staff members.

Principal Consultant

Principal Consultants within our business are some of our Top Billers, having firmly established themselves with their chosen market and develop excellent candidate. As a Principal Consultant you will have been fundamental in developing a new desk or new business sectors, you will lead from the front on business development, candidate generation and maintain high standards of best practice in job management and compliance. As an ambitious and successful recruiter  you’ll be an aspiring Manager or elite biller.

Team Leader

As a Team Leader in Spencer Ogden you will continue to run your desk and bill at a high level. In addition you will be responsible for the day to day management and running of a small team of consultants. Joining Spencer Ogden as Team Leader you’ll receive a 10 week Emerging Leaders programme which will help you grow and develop in a leadership role. You’ll be involved in the recruitment, training and development of your team. Working closely with your Manager you’ll be involved in business planning and strategy for your team.

Manager

We have billing and non-billing management roles within our business, this is determined by the size and needs of the team, your career aspirations and experience. We provide a comprehensive 6 month Leadership Programme which will provide you with transferable management skills allowing you to grow a sustainable and profitable team.
