Everything you need to know
The initial Training Academy comprises a 2 week blended learning course. It’s a combination of classroom theory, live call sessions, workshop activities, role-plays, independent study and online learning. Followed by a 3-month Personal Development plan, out there on the floor, with all the support you need to hit the ground running.
