Rosneft analysts speak of annual oil output increasing to 4% after 2017
20 Nov 2013
Analysts at Rosneft, Russia’s top oil producer, have said that their annual oil output is set to grow at around 1% in 2014-2017, and will then accelerate to 3-4% after 2017. This will be largely down to new fields.
Otkritie analysts Alexander Burgansky and Roman Odarich also said that Rosneft’s key strategic objective is to maintain flat production at its core brownfields such as Yugansk and Samotlor. In addition, some production growth is expected at Rosneft’s Volga-Urals assets, as well as certain areas of West and East Siberia.
