Spencer Ogden’s London office has been shortlisted for three awards at the UK Customer Experience Awards.
These awards recognise and celebrate the organisations, teams and individuals who are achieving excellence in customer experience. A vehicle for sharing best practice, the Awards enable the organisations who enter to promote continuous improvement, learning and personal development.
The shortlist has been put together from the many who entered by panels of independent business men and women. The scoring methodology and criteria is endorsed by Cranfield School of Management.
Spencer Ogden has been shortlisted for awards for the Customer Centric Culture by a Service Provider, Professional of the Year – David Spencer-Percival and Professional Woman of the Year – Donna Hewett.
“We are delighted to be shortlisted for three of the key awards,” says operations director Donna Hewett. “There are some serious brands amongst the previous winners for these awards and to be considered is testament to the hard work and focus of the management teams across the business since its inception seven years ago.”
