Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Director of Acquisition Marketing will be responsible for leading and managing digital campaigns from concept to execution including campaign setup, tracking, tagging, reporting and optimization. Additional responsibilities may include:

* Own performance channels such as SEM, affiliate, mobile, display, paid social, direct mail, and content recommendation platforms
* Apply your tactical channel knowledge to hands-on manage bidding, targeting, and creative strategies
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with publishers and affiliates
* Construct marketing experiments from start to finish
* Generate data-driven hypotheses on how to improve marketing performance, execute A/B tests, and apply your knowledge of statistics and analytics to determine root causes and opportunities
* Translate data-driven findings from campaigns and experiments into creative recommendations
* Come up with creative campaigns that deliver the X factor of performance
* Use your knack for design and copy to help develop concepts for landing pages and ad creative
* Maintain brand consistency across all channels
* Keep up on creative, growth and acquisition trends in the B2C digital marketing space


* Minimum of 5 years in online marketing experience
* Minimum of 3 years at a B2C organization in a performance-based marketing role
* Very advanced in at least one or more performance marketing channels
* Experience with affiliate development, management, and reporting
* Track record of demonstrating a combination of your analytical mind with creative thinking to drive results
* Ability to drive overall strategy from forecasting to budgeting to reporting across multiple high-budget campaigns
* Knowledge of best practices in creative, design, and branding
