Job Description:
**Available positions will include one or more of the following responsibilities:

- Identify new clients and industries with business potential, establish relationships within the Gulf Coast Region as well as manage existing client relationships
- Compliance Permitting (Title V, NSR, NEPA reviews, etc.)
- Take responsibility and ownership for all aspects of client and project management including project schedule, scope, and budget management.
- Responsible for the timely preparation, submittal, and maintenance of required records, permits, and reports
- Support adherence of Process Safety Management and Responsible Care standards
- Preparing and quantifying emissions estimates, including emission calculation spreadsheets and data bases, for stationary and non-stationary sources
- Preparation of work scopes and cost estimates for engineering consulting services

- Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant Engineering discipline,
- Knowledgeable and experienced in consulting to industrial clients in Oil and Gas and Chemicals fields
- Strong working knowledge of local, state, and federal air permitting and compliance regulations and policies
- Experienced performing air permitting for NSR, Title V, Flexible Permits, Standard Permits, and Permit-by-Rule, along with understanding of air pollution control technologies
- Ability to identify sources of air emissions and quantify the results using engineering principals and emission factors
- Ability to communicate facts both verbally and in written form to staff and clients with varying backgrounds
- Ability to travel to project sites, including a current valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
- TWIC card or ability to obtain TWIC card may be required
