The primary role of the Associate Asset Management is to provide debt asset
management across Vantage's established and expanding global infrastructure debt
portfolio. The role joins a growing team to support the Asset Management Investment Director
in ensuring investors' assets are managed and monitored to the highest standard and
in the development and maintenance of policies, procedures and systems applicable
to the role.

Asset Management
 Monitor and report on debt investments covering utilities, PPP, transportation and
energy sectors across a variety of geographies
 Complete detailed credit and ESG reviews for each asset on an annual basis
(minimum) including a comparison of budgets, business plans and forecasts against
original investment forecasts
 Ongoing review of financial and operating performance of assets through the review
of periodic reporting, industry developments, peer entity reporting and borrower
requests
 Evaluate waivers and consent requests, prepare internal approval papers and
coordinate the internal and external process to ensure an efficient and transparent
execution
 Attend meetings with management and develop relationships with sponsors, agent
banks, lenders' advisers and the wider lender group to aid the monitoring of assets
and to stay up to date with market developments
 Develop and extend these relationships to ensure strong ongoing origination activity
 On-board new assets, including the set-up of assets in it's internal systems
and compilation of information for Financial Promotions purposes
 Assist in the mark-to-market valuation process of assets with external providers and
its Finance department
Portfolio Management & Investor Relations
 Prepare reporting on assets for It's internal purposes and external clients,
including completing asset commentaries for investor quarterly reporting
 Provide the Finance department with forecast information on funding requirements
for investors' portfolios
 Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and completion of RFPs and
associated information for prospective clients
 Co-ordinate completion of the Quarterly Market Update marketing document across
the Debt Team
Asset Management Development and Maintenance
 Assist with the improvement of internal and external reporting templates
 Help maintain the asset management diary system to ensure the control and visibility
of key reporting dates for covenant information receipt, deal-specific key "credit
events" and internal reporting requirements
 Assist with the co-ordination of asset management responsibilities across the team
to ensure the timely review, reporting and response to information receipts and
requests
Fund raising / new business
 Responsibility for investor due diligence liaison
 Assist in preparation of marketing materials and attend prospective investor
meetings
Credit and infrastructure market knowledge
 Keep informed of key developments in the local and wider infrastructure and credit
markets and ensure dissemination of information to the wider team.
 Attend seminars and other training to supplement knowledge as required.
