Lead the long term, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and strategic asset management focus for Inside and Outside Plant Electric assets by analyzing specific equipment and system performance; identifying trends and gaps; generating solution options (maintenance / replacement plan); looking at impact on system; determining effect on business targets.

Major duties and responsibilities (include and are not limited to):

*Responsible for the development and maintenance of the annual Inside Plant PM / CM O&M budget plan, Division PM / CM work plan and measures the monthly performance of the Divisions to the plan
*Support Asset Class Subject Matter Experts understanding asset health data recovered from SAP, CMMS, and other systems
*Provide direction to section analyst in data mining and other analytic assignments
*Advanced understanding of system impact on equipment and equipment impact on system, and expertise to apply, design, specify, operate & maintain, and coordinate the application of distribution system equipment
*Applies advanced technical theories and engineering tools & methods developed from basic principles
*Research, investigate, develop and apply innovative technologies and products to foster cost efficiency in the growth and operation of the transmission and distribution system
*Represent company in technical forums as an active member of professional and technical standards committees
*Maintain and apply working knowledge of Standards for Business Controls and meet management's expectations for effective internal business controls

Required:

*BS degree in Engineering or similar technical discipline and 6+ years' experience in Inside and Outside Plant electric system equipment
*Minimum 10+ years of utility industry experience
*Working knowledge of applicable codes (e.g., ANSI, IEEE, ASTM, etc) and regulatory requirements (NERC/FERC/NPCC)
*Demonstrated, advanced technical/professional knowledge and experience in a specific power specialty area
*High level of overall Electric Utility Delivery System knowledge
