Assistant Human Resources Manager

Reporting to the Deputy HR Director, This role will required someone that can: assist in planning, directing, implementing and monitoring human resources strategies and programs to achieve the objectives of the Business Group.

Roles and Responsibilities:
To act as a change agent to promote and implement change programs, and to cultivate the Business Group culture and harmonious employee relations
To act as Account Manager to provide one-stop-shop HR solutions to line departments
To provide timely and value added advices and services to line managers on human resources matters so as to ensure consistent and sound people management within the Business Group
To implement staff development plans, and identify / recommend appropriate development opportunities / programs to meet the objectives and requirements of the Business Group
To actively participate in and contribute to the review and development of Group wide human resources strategies, policies and procedures by providing relevant input and feedback to meet the changing requirements of the Business Group and the Company as a whole

Requirements:
University degree in human resources management or related disciplines
At least 10 years' hands-on experience in full spectrum of human resources management
Professional Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification
Good leadership, influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills
Performance driven and able to work under pressure
