We would like to invite high caliber candidates to join the company as Assistant Manager in the internal audit and risk management roles

Assistant Manager

Responsibilities (Internal Audit)

  • Perform the required assignements in internal audit and internal control
  • Properly identified deficiencies; evaluate and monitored company's internal controls
  • Closely coordinate with operation teams and management on audit matters
  • Prepare audit findings and improvement advice

Responsibilities (Risk Management)

  • Prepare risk registers, risk heat map and risk management activities reporting (via Control Self Assessment and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) monitoring)
  • Monitor and implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) processes
  • Participate in annual risk assessment workshop to deliver the message of ERM framework to the key management of all departments and ensure the effectiveness of the risk management systems
  • Regularly work with management to ensure risks are identified and managed
  • Identified, developed and implemented effective initiatives (e.g. Policies and Procedures and other internal control processes) to mitigate the potential risk exposure
  • Arrange training to raise awareness on the risk management framework and relevant regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above
  • Qualified Member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent, Big 4 is a plus
  • Strong in interpersonal, communication skills
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
