Our client is a top-tier Casino Operator that has a successful history of developing mixed use casino, hotel & resort projects in Macau.
Due to project requirements and mega-scaled upcoming projects, the project development & design team is seeking a talented Assistant Vice-President to manage iconic project in Macau. Reporting directly to the Project Director, your main requirement will be to take internal works from design concept to construction detail of the Hotel, Retail, F&B, Entertainment, Gaming & Casino Areas Projects.
You will also be responsible for:
  • Work on all phases of developments including Pre-Design, Master planning, Schematic Design, Design Management & Development, Construction Documents.
  • Coordinating with teams of design, engineering, interior professionals in the entire project cycle.

Ideally you will be degree qualified from a recognized institute in Architecture or equivalent. You will have a minimum of 20 years experience with at least 10 years in Casino & Gaming / Large-scaled Theme Park / Resort. Ability to work independently, with demonstrated flair for creative design. Proficient in use of AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Photo Shop is also a must.
To be considered for this position, experience working on Gaming and Casino Projects will be bonus but not a must in your application.
