An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join an established small consultancy with in London as an Associate Director within the M&E division. The reason for this position is because one of the companies focuses this year is to focus on growing and building an M&E division in the London office. Therefore, you will need experience leading teams, being able to work under pressure, developing new business relationships whilst maintaining the relationships you currently have and more.

This is perfect for someone who is looking for a new opportunity as an Associate Director who is not going to get the career progression they need. This company are looking for someone to join as an Associate Director who they can help progress to Director within 1-3 years, clearly showing you will not be held back at this company.

Role responsibilities-

*Providing advice to the client on matters
*Have the potential to bring along business with you
*Potential to explore new avenues for the company
*Once you have brought business along with you, continue to build new relationships with clients whilst maintaining those you already have

Role requirements-

*Building services related degree, chartered or working towards)/ HNC or HND with appropriate design experience will be considered
*Preferably chartered
*15 years' or more of design experience
*Understand clients objectives and requirements
*Membership of a professional engineering body
*Excellent client facing and management skills
*Good knowledge of statutory legislation and standards
*Commercial awareness and acumen
*Ability to potentially bring business along with you
