Job requirements:

Required: · Relevant degree and/or masters

· Minimum 5 years relevant experience

· Experience of working with corporate clients, commercial property, and an understanding of the landlord and tenant relationship

· Experience developing and implementing ambitious sustainability strategies for real estate portfolios and assets · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong leadership and management skills

· Experience liaising with, engaging and presenting to senior business leaders

· Experience and willingness to present at conferences and forums Nice to have:

· Fitwel, BREEAM (or other) experience



Team Leadership Responsibilities:

· Team leadership and management

· Supporting the development of junior colleagues

· Service line budgeting and income forecasting

Business Development Responsibilities: · Writing and presenting pitches for new work

· Supporting other departments with pitches for new work

· Creation of thought leadership pieces and participation in external facing events such as webinars and panels

· Identifying and developing opportunities for new work/clients · Identifying and developing new service offerings

Client Delivery Responsibilities:

· Building a strong relationship with client sustainability teams through the provision of accurate and timely advice and deliverables

· Facilitate the development, benchmarking, implementation and on-going review of appropriate sustainability objectives, targets and improvement programmes at portfolio and asset level

· Monitor and report on fund /portfolio sustainability performance and progress against targets · Managing submissions and client performance in benchmarking such as a GRESB

· Lead regular catch up calls/meetings with clients to report on progress

· Actively engage with property and facilities management colleagues to ensure client requirements are understood and integrated into day to day delivery against objectives

· Provide support and technical advice to all stakeholders to enable them to undertake their roles and responsibilities for sustainability

· Innovate and lead initiatives to engage and educate property and facilities management employees, contractors, and tenants/occupiers to increase data quality, data coverage, and improve sustainability performance for assets/funds/portfolios

· Representing LSH within industry organisations such as BBP and UKGBC
