An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join an established and growing medium sized multi-disciplinary consultancy with 10 offices in the UK as a Director within the M&E division. The reason for this position is because one of the companies focuses this year is to focus on growing and building an M&E division in the London office. Therefore, you will need experience leading teams, being able to work under pressure, developing new business relationships whilst maintaining the relationships you currently have and more.

As this is a relatively new division for this office, you will be responsible for building what is in effect your own M&E business. Therefore, you will need to be a self-starter and be confident that you can bring business along with you through your existing contacts. This is a very attractive opportunity for someone who has been in there current position for a while and is now looking for a change where they can build and grow their own team.

The company was established in the 1960's and since then have built a great reputation for themselves, being renowned for offering exceptional engineering services, all tailored to each client's requirements. Clients are always left happy as there is constant communication through each phase of the project, creating a seamless service and adding further value to a project.

Role responsibilities-

*Help grow the M&E division in the London office
*Providing advice to the client on matters
*Have the potential to bring along business with you
*Once you have brought business along with you, continue to build new relationships with clients whilst maintaining those you already have

Role requirements-

*Building services related degree, chartered or working towards)/ HNC or HND with appropriate design experience will be considered
*10 years' or more of design experience
*Understand clients objectives and requirements
*Membership of a professional engineering body
*Excellent client facing and management skills
*Good knowledge of statutory legislation and standards
*Commercial awareness and acumen
*Ability to potentially bring business along with you
