Associate Director (Project Management) - London, UK

The Opportunity
You have the opportunity to join an International Consultancy firm in their London office. With over a 100 years of experience within the industry and involvement in some of the world's most exciting projects across sectors such as Corporate Occupiers, Commercial, High-End Development and many more.
They are looking for a newly promoted Associate Director or experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team. The successful individual will joining their High-End Development team, to work on large development schemes valuing up to £400 million.
The successful Associate Director will support the Director in delivering business goals, they will also engage with clients and build relationships to further improve the quality of the business. As an Associate Director you will manage both staff and projects to deliver the highest quality service. Aside from managing fees and resources, they will also assist with recruiting and managing high quality staff with a focus on low turnover standard.

The Key Requirements
As an Associate Director (Project Management), you will:
*Have a relevant qualification, e.g. BSc/MSc in Building Surveying, Project Management (or equivalent)
*MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM qualified - Essential
*Experience in working on New Build developments
*Experience in multiple sectors (e.g High-End Residential, Hotels, Commercial)
*Experience of managing and communicating with clients, as well as introducing new clients to the growing company
*Have experience managing your own projects or schemes, with values of around £50M and more
*Strong communication skills are essential, along with commercial acumen and strong technical competence
*High attention to detail; Excellent time management skills
*Experience in managing and leading high performance teams.
*Strong Consultancy based background, indicating commitment and growth

Remuneration Package
As the successful Associate Director (Project Management), you will receive:
Between £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a competitive bonus package and benefits.
