Essential Functions

  • Generate, review, and send out billing produced from weekly payroll cycles
  • Coordinate with Payroll Administrators to address and resolve any pay/bill reconciliation issues
  • Perform ad-hoc billing for perm placements and rechargeable items
  • Coordinate with UK office to resolve any billing issues and credit and rebill invoices as needed
  • Implement and administer processes to accommodate client billing requirements
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding billing
  • Assist Payroll Administrators with timesheet and expense report audit and entry on heavy payroll weeks
  • Assist Manager with any special projects as needed

    Supervisory Responsibility

    There are no supervisory responsibilities required of this position.

    Work Environment

    This job is primarily based in a professional office setting. Standard office equipment such as computers, head set phones, and photocopiers/scanners/printers are frequently used.

    Physical Demands

    Talking and hearing are regular requirements while performing this job. The employee will be required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position; days and hours of work are as follows:

  • Monday through Thursday – 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; one hour lunch break per day
  • Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; one hour lunch break per day

    Travel

    No travel is expected for this position.

    Required Education and Experience

  • Requirements:
  • 2+ years of billing experience
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Software experience in the following: Microsoft Excel (formatting, pivots); Bullhorn, Tempest, online VMS systems a plus
  • Staffing experience in pay/bill role a plus

    Work Authorization

    Valid proof of eligibility to work in the United States required.
