Spencer Ogden is working with a Global Energy Solutions Company in the search for a Business Development Manager with a Sales focus to originate new business by generating leads, promoting products and solutions.

The successful candidate will have existing Industry knowledge & expereince and an interest in Traditional & Renewable energy.

Reportiung directly to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Initiating new business opportunities for the business line
  • Order Intake & Project Leads for the region
  • Forecasting & Delivering company Sales
  • Increase Product, Solution & Service awareness, build Market presence & knowledge
  • Develop & present Business Cases, highlighting value
  • Customer Relationship development & management, ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Support contract Preparation & Negotiation
  • Gather & Communicate Market Knowledge

To be considered for this position you will have:

  • Bachelor Degree and/or MBA
  • 5 years + Sales Experience of Heavy Industry Machinery
  • Communication skills, Presentation skills, Influencing skills
  • Enthusiastic, High Energy Individual with a "Hands On" approach
  • Proven ability to work Independently, with a strong Team & Culture focus
