As a Business Development Specialist in our Houston office, you will have the unique, and exciting opportunity to join a startup office with the backing of a privately owned, multinational recruitment company.
You will be expected to win new clients through sales calls, business pitches, and networking, as well as headhunting the best candidates in the market. You will be responsible for negotiating fees with clients and closing your own deals. This is an entrepreneurial role which gives you full operational responsibility for your own desk and clients.

An ideal candidate will need to be:
A Bachelors Degree
2-5 Years Recruitment Experience
Be Competitive and Driven (Athletes have been known to do especially well in a career with us)
Organized and able to work in a fast paced environment
Ambitious and Hungry to be successful.
