*Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related subject.
*At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the coating & paint, adhesive & sealants or industrial chemical industry, preferably in an MNC.
*Past experience in the Silanes industry is an added advantage.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Willingness to travel.
