Greater China Role, Newly created position
High Potential Industry with double Digit Growth
Very attractive package (3 - 6M+)

Our client is one of the largest clean energy distributors in China listed in Hong Kong. Due to the expansion of their Greater China finance team, they are searching for the suitable candidate to join as a CFO.

As the CFO for the Hong Kong office and HQ in China, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations over 1000 people in Hong Kong and China offices and execute any strategic expansion initiatives.


Manage the Hong Kong & China offices' finance operations, including full spectrum of daily accounting function, month-end, year-end closing and preparation of consolidated financial statements
Responsible for handling the trading transactions and tax-related issues
Review the preparation of annual budget, expenses and variance analysis
Manage annual interim/annual audits
Overall supervision of company secretary and IR duties
Manage group level ad hoc M&A projects
Liaise and maintain good relationship with external parties including auditors, lawyers and bankers
As a strategic business partner, formulate the Company's budgeting & financing plan
Participate in strategic investment planning, project planning and implementation


Bachelor Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline
Qualified membership of recognized international financial institution (ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent), preferably with Big 4 audit experience.
Preferable with audit and commercial experience in sizable companies
Investment bank and listed company experieice is a must
Possess good communication, coordination skills, ability to learn and can be a good team player
Fluent in English, Mandarin/Cantonese
Willing to work under pressure, proactively and independently
Stationed in China, regular travel to Hong Kong and China major cities' offices
