The Opportunity
You have the opportunity to join a global, multi award-winning, multi-discipline consultancy based practice in London. Working across multiple sectors such as Education, Retail, Residential, the Public Sector and many more, you will be exposed to an exciting variation of projects.
They are currently seeking a Chartered (MRICS) Building Surveyor to join there already existing team. They are in the process of a company expansion and need new people to help build the Building Surveying team. This company is continuously praised for the training and development structure they have in place for each and every member that joins them, this is evident from there low turnover rate.

The Responsibilities
As a Chartered (MRICS) Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for: -
*Defect Analysis
*Pre-Acquisition Surveys
*Dilapidations
*Party Wall Maters
*Insurance Reinstatement Cost Assessments
*Contract Administration
*CDM Co-Ordination
*Project Management

The Key Requirements
As a Chartered (MRICS) Building Surveyor, you will:
*Have a relevant qualification, e.g. BSc in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
*MRICS qualified (at least 1 years)
*Experience of managing and communicating with clients.
*Experience of CAD use and Design Work desirable but not essential
*Have experience of working on a varied amount of sectors (Education, Retail, Residential etc)
*Have at least 1 years PQE

The Money
As the successful Chartered (MRICS) Building Surveyor, you will receive:
Between £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.
