Position Purpose

* Client Integration's mandate is to facilitate and coordinate the internal/external stakeholders involved in the key client on-boarding process.
* Client Integration is the single point of contact and works closely with the external client, front offices, risk, KYC Due diligence and legal to bring about the successful on-boarding of new OTC trading requests and Side Letter agreements which required for certain markets / products.


Direct Responsibilities

* Client Facing Liaison on Onboarding Process

* Client Management entry point for Global Market Business on all prioritization & on-boarding related matters with particular emphasis for new requests for Give-Up Agreements within Listed Futures and Options.
* Maintain a close relationship with marketers / clients to understand the client background and needs
* Ensure all request are dealt with quickly and professionally to reduce any delay and or loss of business.

* Maintain full understanding of Global Market service offer and on-boarding requirement / process

* Prepare the on-boarding requirement / checklist for each request
* Responsible for all Give-Up Agreement negotiation and help support master agreement & side letter negotiation and internal co-ordination
* Responsible to assist with Regulatory on-boarding requirement (EMIR, CFTC protocol, TR consent, LEI, etc...)
* Contribute to Due Diligence Team globally on AML & Tax KYC completion
* Contribute to Client Referential Team Paris & Mumbai on client referential validation & setup
* Coordinate all operations / connectivity setup (i.e. MarkitWare, CTM, SSI, e platform, etc.)

* Ensure clients receive the highest standard available for pre trade on-boarding coordination while maintaining a reasonable cost for Global Market

* Make sure client needs are known, understood by various teams involved in the onboarding process, such as Due Diligence, Client Integration, Referential, Electronic Platform support, etc…

* Maintain and report information on on-boarding services and quality provided to clients

* Coordinate with relevant teams to put in place processes and procedures to ensure that issues do not recur
* Implement and maintain KPI referencing all on-boarding coordination related to client
* Implement / coordinate implementation of metrics on relevant volume and performance indicators
* Report monthly activity and indicators to the regional head of Client Services

Specific Qualifications

* University qualified with at least 2-3 years in Operations and/or documentation background

* Excellent interpersonal and communications (i.e. sales, traders and clients)
* High proficiency in English (Verbal and Written)
