COMMISSIONING ENGINEER (POWER PLANT) - INDONESIA
My client is currently seeking for a COMMISSIONING ENGINER for commissioning and start-up of a Coal Fired Power Plant in Indonesia. You will be tasked to liaise with the commissioning team to complete the start-up activities. You must have a track record in commissioning at least 100 MW Power Plant in Asia. Specific responsibilities for the position include but not limited to:

Responsibilities:
*Responsible for the preparation and execution of the commissioning, trial run, acceptance testing and inspection/measurements within the scope of work defined
*Verification that plant equipment is in compliance with project contract and specification requirements, conforms to design operational feasibility, and is set up and tested per the supplier's requirements, within the engineer's discipline capacity.
*Provides functional direction to technicians and other
*Manages construction completion, turnover to startup, startup turnover to operations, and final turnover to the client.
*Assists in the development of clear startup procedures as required to satisfy the contract and/or coordinates the startup effort.
*Assists in the advanced planning and preparation for startup activities and major milestones.
*Executes the startup effort ensuring compliance with the associated specifications and contracts and ultimately resulting in an efficient and timely turnover to the client.
*Completes thorough system walk downs/reviews to establish the completion status of systems and identify outstanding items to be completed.

Requirements:
- University degree or technical qualification in engineering related field.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Coal or Gas fired plant Commissioning engineer, DCS or I&C or PLC commissioning experience,
- Boiler or Turbine or Water steam cycle process knowledge an added advantage.
- Field experience and willing to work overseas for at least 5 years.
