Our client is a multinational luxury retailer, looking for high calibre candidate to join their expending team.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare board minutes and attend board meetings
  • Assist to prepare board papers for board meetings and dispatch to board members
  • Prepare Annual Return and arrange for settlement of business registration fee
  • Update statutory records
  • Provide copies of company documents to colleagues as required
  • Maintenance of update status of organization chart and company profiles
  • Coordinate with overseas and PRC colleagues to review their local statutory documents and minutes
  • Prepare related documents for opening and closing of bank accounts and transfer of remaining funds, updating bank signatories by working closely with Treasury team
  • Correspondence with board member for holding company's approval on company documents including banking documents as received from Treasury team
  • Update records for legal and professional fees
  • Follow up the payment requests



Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years company secretarial experience, preferably gained in sizable companies
  • Good communication skills and team player
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
