Solar Energy Contract Admin - Denver, CO
Leading industrial services & solar manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team in Denver, CO to provide support for corporate contractual, admin, tax and financials responsibilities.
*Oversee contractual agreements that come through the corporate office including reviewing the contracts, establishing financial risks and understanding the customers' written context to review how that works alongside the company's own contracts.
*Working with the solar project management team to support them with preparing schedule of rates, credit & risk reviews, preparing documents and attending customer meetings.
*Working with the tax department to manage the tax efforts for all the solar contracts. This includes tax registrations, declarations, permanent establishments and etc.
*Involvement with account receivable activities including billing, financial payments, customer credit letters, credit insurances and bank guarantees.
* Evaluation customer bond drafting along with submitting and managing the bond process.
*2+ years' experience with Contract Administration with in the Solar Energy Industry.
*Bachelors' degree in finance, business administration, law or related fields.
*Must have experience within in the Solar Industry including experience with Taxes & Financials.
*Candidates must be local to the Denver, CO area.
