The successful candidate must have the following experience:

*Bachelor's Degree or AA Degree at a minimum, in Business with a focus of Administration, Accounting or Law. Technical degrees also considered.
*Minimum 5 years' work experience in a contract management role, purchasing or contracting.
*Experience working Construction sites within the power generation industry.
*Ability negotiating terms and drafting contracts.
*Must have working experience with unions
*Effective verbal and written communication.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and SAP.
