Our client, one of the largest electrical companies in Central California is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the management of contractual and insurance requirements for all Owner Contracts and Sub contracts with the policies, procedures, requirements and legal guidelines of our client. Our client has experienced growth and expansion and has added the contract manager role to their successful team of contractors.
Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to;
Contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution which will include but not limited to formal, short form, annual contracts, non disclosure agreements, sales/purchasing agreements, and customer proposed terms and conditions
Be a point of contact for customers on contractual agreement.
Coordinate contractual insurance requirements.
Provide guidance on contract matters with project managers as well as train new project managers and employees in contracting practices.
Monitor competitive terms. Monitor customer satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices. Recommend changes as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MBA or Licensed Attorney preferred.
5+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in the state of California
