You will be responsible for the day-to-day support for contractors in EMEA. The role encompasses contractor logistics, contractor care, client services and contractor compliance.

Contractor Care

  • Routine check-ins with contractors via phone and email
  • Tracking and chasing timesheet submissions via online timesheets to ensure they are submitted accurately, signed off appropriately and completed prior to payroll cut off.
  • Coordination of expenses and ensuring appropriate back up and sign off has been provided.
  • Management of house contractors - complete management of contractors who do not have a consultant and ensure the forecasting is coordinated for monthly margin reports.
  • Ensure each contractor is given a welcome call prior to their start date and any queries or enquiries finalised prior to mobilising.
  • Coordinating with local payroll management companies to ensure contractors remain compliant should their location or legislations change e.g., change in pension contributions resulting in a pay increase or moving from one country to another.
  • Monitor the NPS responses and feedback from candidates to ensure improvements are being implemented and issues are resolved.

Database Management

  • Managing contracts extensions with both client and contractors to ensure the necessary documentation is completed by the CCS team and all appropriate updates to Bullhorn (CRM system) has been completed.
  • Ensuring that contractor records are maintained and up to date with changes in contact details or placement information being logged within Bullhorn.
  • Updating bullhorn locations for any contractors travelling to differing locations.
  • Routine system audits to ensure placement data is accurate and up to date.


  • Visa and work permit application support and coordination
  • Coordinating the travel and logistics between the client and contractor to ensure the contractor mobilises and demobilises as required.
  • Booking travel for contractors as and when this is needed and ensuring the necessary approvals have been sought from the client.

Ad Hoc

  • Share leads to potential projects or new candidates with sales consultants
  • Any other duties that your manager may delegate
