Create/Maintain complete documentation records of contract award and performance in accordance with guidelines and federal requirements, and establishes and implements process for tracking all contracts and maintains contract tracking database.
Manages the change order process in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and policy procurement-related requirements (e.g., 44 CFR 13.36), including: a) Identifying changes to a contract, b) Coordinating the preparation of an Independent Cost Estimate for the change, c) Conducting price and/or cost analysis of proposed price increase/decrease.
*Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
*10 + years of Government contracts experience including knowledge of the FAR, DFARS *Additional specific knowledge of grant procurement rules preferred
*Knowledge of industry best practices for public contract administration
*Knowledge of multiple contract types: IDIQ, FFP, FFPLOE, T&M, etc.
*Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
*Strong verbal and written communication skills, and MS Office skills
*High level of initiative, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills; and
*Ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines with minimal supervision
